Shipping
We aim to ship orders for stock items within 2 working days. For bespoke items, please allow 5 working days (may be longer if we’re awaiting your response to a question about your order.)
Our postal services provider is Royal Mail who aim to deliver to most locations in 3 to 5 days. Tracked shipping is available as an option at checkout (recommended).
Post run is each weekday at 12 noon (public / bank holidays excepted).
If an item is temporarily out of stock it will automatically be placed on back order and we will send an email to let you know that there will be a delay in dispatching your order, at which point you may opt to cancel and receive a full refund.
